This beautiful table is created from hand picked hardwood slabs (Black Walnut) that have been kiln dried and milled to ensure proper moisture content and that no bugs will crawl out of your table down the road. The slabs were extensively cleaned prior to forming the table to create the strongest bond between the semi clear black epoxy (approx. 9 gallons) and the slabs. This table top has 4 steel powder coated strengthening “C”-channels on the underside to resist any wood movement or cupping during seasonal and humidity changes. The table base is made from welded rigid tube steel which has been powder coated to provide a long lasting finish and include threaded adjustable leveling feet. The entire wooden top has been treated with a long lasting finish to protect the wood and keep it looking perfect!
